Essay

Object: patients with recurrences of rectal cancer. Purpose - to increase the efficiency of treatment patients by means using of radiotherapy, intraarterial chemotherapy, cryosurgery. The combined method of treatment was improved by used 20 Gy. Methods of chemo-radiotherapy with intraarterial chemotherapy where established as only as indomethacine. Elaborate method of cryosurgery. Levels of vessels endothelial grows factors were study. Methods of indication of during of remission was elaborate. Algorithm of treatment patients where established. Survival, cases of regression, quality of life, median survival, time to progression were achieved. It is recommended using in the oncology, radiology, surgery.
