Essay

Object: patients with primary and metastatic malignant brain tumors. Purpose: to increase of lifetime, duality of life and prolongation of remission period. Methods: hyperfractionated, radiotherapy CT, MRI, SPECT. Novelty and results: after application hyperfractionated with time-space dose optimization after surgery in patients with highly malignant brain gliomas allows to increase the middle life term prolongation in two times, patients low malignant brain tumors had increased by 33-44%, patients with brain metastatic tumors by 40-51%, in child patients by 20-40%. Ii is recommended using in the radiology, neurooncology and oncology.
