Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of general features of phosphorylation of imidoyl chlorides by tervalent phosphorus compounds, preparation on their basis of new types of reactive phosphorylated imines and heterodienes, study of their possibilities as new building blocks in synthesis of biologically perspective imino- and aminophosphonic acid derivatives, investigation of dynamic processes in phosphorylated azaallylic systems and their synthetic potential. The new reactive C-phosphorylated imines, useful for the preparation of functionalized aminophosphonic and aminocarboxylic acid derivatives, were introduced into organic synthesis.
