Essay

The thesis deals with the problems of developing pathological process activity criteria and fibrosis of a liver stages in case of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) based on the results of clinical, biochemical, chemiluminescent, immunological, cytogenetic investigations as well as on the comparison of histomorphological, electronic-microscopic findings with the parameters of activity, steatosis, iron overloading syndrome and fibrosis of a liver. Clinical symptoms of a disease have been analysed taking into account the CHC duration and activity. Chemiluminescent (hydrogen peroxide - and iron inducted) methods of prognosing CHC reactivation have been worked out. Pathogenetic connections between oxidative stress in blood serum, cytogenetic lymphocytes changes, immune status disorders while CHC activity rising have been established. Combined influence of CHC histologic activity, lipid granules storing and hemosiderin piling up in the peripheral zone of liver lobules on the fibrosis progressing have been analysed.Prooxidant qualities of liver tissue and blood serum as to iron ions action depending on the fibrosis stage have been developed. Laboratory non-punctional algorhythms of F0-F1 and F2-F4 fibrosis stages verification in patients with CHC have been created.
