Pasichnyk Y. Budget regulation of the economic growth in Ukraine

Object of the study is budgetary system as lever of the regulation rate economic growing. Objective of study is development theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, shaping to concepts and motivation of the mechanism of the budgetary regulation of the economic growing, taking into account specifics of the modern stage of the public development of the Ukraine. Methods of research are abstracted, deductions, correlation and regression analysis, economic and mathematical modelling. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical generalization and new decision of the actual problem of the improvement of the budgetary regulation of the economic growing in Ukraine; increasing to effectiveness of the methods, forms and lever of the budgetary regulation of the economic growing for count of the more efficient use the potential of the budgetary system. Novelty is development methodological, theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions, defining directions budgetary politicians and levers of the budgetary mechanism in context of the ensuring the economic growing. Degree of the introduction by: Main checking and auditing governing the Ukraine and checking and auditing management in Cherkasskoy area, Cherkasskaya regional state administration, Management State treasury in Cherkasskoy area, Ministry of finance of the Ukraine.
