Essay

The thesis is targeted on a complex picture of magnetic and transport properties of magnetic granular films of Co50Fe50-Al2O3, Co50Fe50-Ag, Co-Cu, Co-Ag, Fe20Ni80-Ag, Ni2MnGa, Ni2MnAl during task-oriented variation of their composition and structure and multiplayer films of Co/Cu and Fe20Ni80 films during task-oriented nanosize structural modulation. The region of existence of the highest values of magnetoresistance was determined. The peculiarities of films magnetic states and transport properties evolution with structural and composition variations were established. New routes to optimize magnetoransport properties for practical applications were found.
