Essay

The results of the researches devoted to the study of clinic-pathogenetic role of immune and neuro-endocrinal changes in patients with chronic hepatitis C are represented in the theses. The immuno-neuroendocrinal concept of chronic hepatitis C progress is worked out on the basis of immune and neuro-endocrinal status complex study. Criteria non invasion estimations of liver fibrosis progressing in patients with chronic hepatitis C are worked out. Immuno-neuroendocrinal criteria of interferon therapy efficiency prognosis in patient with a chronic hepatitis C are proposed. Interferon therapy optimization by the combination with ursodeoxy-cholic acid for the patients with lasting harmful working conditions at industrial enterprises is proved.
