Dyomin Y. Legal fundamentals of customs control organization and operation in Ukraine: theoretical and practical issues.

The thesis is a comprehensive scientific research of the issues of customs control organization and operation in Ukraine. The work contains the definitions of customs control organization and operation as well as other notions covering the issues of customs and customs control. The contents specify violations of the customs control organization and operation, disclose basic legal instruments for securing legality of customs control operation in Ukraine. The thesis writer suggests the guidelines of customs control improvement by investing customs authorities with ancillary powers or the exercise of the ones provided for by the customs legislation. Concrete ways are offered for improvement of certain articles of the Customs Code of Ukraine, the current customs laws and Plenum Decrees of the Supreme Court of Ukraine as to the suits on smuggling and violation of the customs rules.
