Essay

A clinical - epidemiologic risk of formation of increased morbidity and prevalence of pathologic conditions in different age groups of children's population has been determined from the point of view of clinical epidemiology as well as a complicated course of different diseases (of the respiratory system, connective tissue, gastrointestinal tract, endocrine system), the development of malformations, including those incompatible with life, under the condition of children's living in areas of low intensity contamination with environmental ecotoxicants. Available and informative effect of biomarkers, exposure and increased sensitivity to unfavourable ecological surroundings with estimation of the parameters of their diagnostic: value have been suggested. It has been proved that under conditions of unfavourable ecogenic surroundings children of a risk groups become the most vulnerable with formation of ecodependent pathology due to the development of ecologic disadaptation, which is manifested already atthe prenozological level in the form of immune response disturbances, the state of detoxication system, bowel microbiocenosis as well as bronchial hypersensitivity. The elaborated adaptation -preventive measures have enabled to improve children's health indices; the efficacy of the suggested measures has been proved from the point of view of clinical epidemiology.
