The thesis work is devoted to research of theoretical and technological solutions of orientation problem in the Internet information space, in particular, in its dynamic news part. For the first time the technology of the integrated and efficient user access to the large amount of insulated news sources from the Internet is theoretically proved and practically created. Now this technology is realized as news integration system InfoStream, services based on it are widely applied in the state bodies and commercial enterprises.
