Object- patient with the small pelvis malignancies.Purpouse: to increase the efficiency treatment of of the patients with the small pelvis malignancies. Methods: endolymphstic therapy.Novelty and ressults:Introducing of the worked out methods of preparing chemotherapy solutions for endolymphatic infusions and regimens of chemotherapy had allowed to attain decrease in local adverse events during tndolymphatic therapy. Endolymphatic use of chemotherapy agents by these combinations allows for improvement of clinical effects the therapy in comparison to in patients with cervical cancer, primary rectal cancer, anal area cancer,ovarian cancer, small pelvis sarcoma.It is recommended using in the oncology.
