Smagluk L. Modern methods of treatment of distal oclusion. Errors and complications.

The thesis is devoted to the solving of treatment problems and to the finishing of rehabilitation of patients of different age with distal occlusion by realization of positions of the developed conception and criteria of prognostics of possible errors and complications. The structure and wildspreaded functional violations at distal oclusion of dental sets at the patients of different age were defined. On the ground of the got average standards of sizes and forms of dental arch of maxilla and mandible the objective recommendations were worked out for the choice of form and sizes of dental archs in treatment of patients by a modern unremovable breket technique. The conducted comparative clinical morphological estimation of the results of treatment of patents with distal oclusion of dental sets by modern ortodontical system by a method with the extruction of teeth and without it gave a possibility to add basic principles and algorithm of treatment of teen-agers and adults with distal oclusion of dentalsets, to develop new ortodontical apparatuses and to formulate conceptual diagram of complex treatment and rehabilitation of patients of different age groups. The scheme-monitoring of direct and remote errors and complications of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with distal oclusion of dental sets was worked out for the first time.
