Process of heat treatment of a clinker belit sulphoaluminate cement and gypsums binders.Development of thermodnamic bases and determination power efficiency of processes of heat treatment of a clinker from a raw stock and gypsums binders. Methods of researches is the complex of methods physics-chemical analysis, methods of design of experiments. The scientific base is developed justifying legitimacy of deriving of cement with the under power inputs and provision of the improved environmental setting by his production at the expense of transferring on a belit sulphoaluminate clinker also set up technology less power-intensive gypsums binders. Trial and industrial introductions are carried out. A range of application are the enterprises of an industry of building materials
