Object - the becoming of digital economy оf the post-industrial society under influence of networked technologies. Aim - to work out the scientifically and methodological bases of innovative digital economy and forming of it's national sector for Ukraine as country with transitive economy. Methods - system and comparative analysis; classification, grouping, synthesis; econometrical, cognitive and adaptive design; experts estimation. Novelty - complex of theoretical and methodical recommendations on the management of the forming of innovative digital economy and in Ukraine also. Result - the strategy of the forming of innovative digital economy in Ukraine and mechanisms of it's realization on the macro- and microeconomical levels are determined.
