Essay

Thesis is dedicated to development of probiotics of a new generation with multicomponent composition and high effectiveness. It gives theoretical evidence to fundamentally new approaches for development of probiotic preparations on the basis of physiological saccharolytic representatives of human normomicrobiocaenosae. Thesis offers broadened presentations about mechanism of initial formation of human microecological homeostasis in ontogenesis and about factors, which influence this process. Multicomponent probiotics of a new generation with broad spectrum of probiotic activity manifestation are designed on the basis of indigenous bacteria from genera Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Propionibacterium, which were selected by their probiotic activity. Developed probiotics were shown to have high bacteriotherapeutic activity.
