Paliy V. Microbiological grounds of antiseptics' employment of the quarterpart ammonium in medicine

This thesis is dedicated to working out of antivirus, antibacterial and antifungus medical antiseptic preparations, such as Antifunginum, Aurisanum, Pamoseptum, Decametoxinum, Decasanum, Deseptolum, Gorostenum, Ophtadekum, Palisanum, Paliseptum, Rhinoseptum, Septefrilum. These preparations have no analogues. In the thesis the physical, chemical, microbiological, antiinfluenzal, antiherpes, antifungus properties of the new preparations are characterized. Within the time of experiment and by the clinical methods was established the effectiveness of the named above medical antiseptic preparations for treatment and prevention of infectious supparative - inflammatory diseases. It was studied an intermolecular interaction of the former quarter - salts of hinolinium with components of the cells membrane, anticeptics influence on sticked - together properties of bacteria and speciality of forming of the anticeptic- resistance variants of microorganisms. Prescriptions and antiprescriptions for using the new antiseptic preparations in the fields of Surgery, Otorhinolaringology, Ophtalmology, Dermatology and other branches of the Clinical Medicine were found. It was worked out an NTD for 11 new the most effective antiseptic preparations.
