The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical principles of obtaining composite cements by the way of physico-chemical modification by organic-mineral additives of polyfunctional action. New approach to low energy containing binder systems has been suggested it is based on principles of composite construction of polycomponent cements and includes analysis of their substance composition and content of main oxydes with simultaneous usage of complex modificators.
