Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of increasing the operating characteristics of speedy rolling stock by way of perfection of frictional communication on this locomotive underframe. On the basis of system analysis of frictional communications the specification to the friction damper have been determined, a new high reliable structure of friction damper has been developed the new advanced methods increasing the wear resistance and low-waste technologies of manufacturing of its basic part have been proposed. The new methods of increasing the operate reliability of friction damper devices, physically grounded models of the wearing-tearing process, the methodologies of choice of the operating data and their statistical procedures, the determination of wear of friction damper pairs have been developed.
