There has been worked out the conception of immunopathogenesis of chronic urogenital chlamydiosis and scientifically grounded the therapy with immunotropic medicaments (mycoton, lapheron,tymalin, manax) for more effective result treating of the patients. There were investigated the rates of intracellular cooperatiobn of immune system and genetic detrminancy for chronisation IL-10 by HLA-phenotipe.
