Valecky Y. Quality of life and psychological features of patients with the first diagnosed lung tuberculosis, medic-economic consequences of disease and ways of their improvement

Object of research - lung tuberculosis. The purpose - to improve quality of life and being of health of patients with the first diagnosed lung tuberculosis and to minimize the medic-economic consequences of disease by development of the proper technology. Methods of research - clinical, laboratory, functional, biochemical, roentgenologic, microbiological, immunological, instrumental, medical-statistical. Results - technology of prevention of waivers of medical treatment and its uneffectiveness at patients with the first diagnosed lung tuberculosis, improvement of quality of their life and being of health that repeated adaptation members of their families is developed, which on 5,52% improved common quality of life and being of health of patients with a lung tuberculosis, minimized the medic-economic consequences of illness, that brought to reduction of expenses on medical treatment of one patient in 2,74 times, the reduction of frequency of refusals, interruptions and violations of the regime of medical treatment in 1,69 times, the efficiency of medical treatment became better in 1,29 times at reduction of lethality in 3,39 times, repeated adaptation of members of families became better on 21,37 %.
