The dissertation is devoted to optimization of diagnostics, treatment and prophylactic medical examination sick diphtheritic myocardities (early and late) on the basis of a complex estimation of clinical current and a functional condition of a myocardium and comparison of parameters to patients nonspecific infectious-allergic myocarditis is lead. Updating of criteria of an estimation of a degree of weight diphtheritic myocarditis lead. Lines of the dispensary supervision over patients with diphtheritic myocarditis a various degree of weight and a complex of diagnostic inspections which is necessary for spending thus are proved. Are specified the recommendation concerning treatment and prophylactic medical examinations in view of changes systolic and diastolic dysfunctions of a myocardium and displays of intimate insufficiency.
