Nosik V. Issues of exercising the right of land ownership of Ukrainian people.

The dissertation includes a complex conceptual scientific-theoretical research of legal nature of exercising a land ownership right of Ukrainian people. Theoretical and practical basis of the research of problems of exercising a land ownership right of Ukrainian people has been analyzed, main legal models of exercising a land ownership right of Ukrainian people and peculiarities of legal regulation of land ownership relations of Ukrainian people have been reviewed. Legal nature of exercising a land ownership right of Ukrainian people has been researched, a bimodal construction of exercising a land ownership right of Ukrainian people has been grounded, a scientific-theoretical analysis of legal regime of land as an object of ownership of Ukrainian people and main state asset has been carried out.
