Hryshchuk L. Clinical-nosotropic basis of medical treatment and prophylaxis of pulmonary hemoptysis and haemorrhages at patients with tuberculosis

. Research object is pulmonary tuberculosis with hemoptysis and haemorrhages. Purpose - to define the factors of risk of origin of pulmonary hemoptysis and haemorrhages at patients with tuberculosis, to develop the complex of medical and prophylactic measures, what would prevent or reduced negative action of these factors and was instrumental in the improvement of prognostication, diagnostics and increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with hemorrhagic complications. Research methods are clinical, roentgenologic, laboratory, microbiological, toolroom, morphological, biochemical, statistical. Results - it was established that differential use of proposed medical and prophylactic programs allows to improve the results of therapy of patients with tuberculosis and with pulmonary hemoptysis and haemorrhages (from 55,5 % to 68,2 %); frequency of stopping detection of MBT was increased on 8,5 %, cicatrization of cavities of disintegration - on 8,7 %; the lethal consequences diminished from 9,0 %to 4,5 %, the term of stationary treatment was decreased on 12 days, and among the first diagnosed patients - on 26 days.
