Object - 298 patients (58 with chronic hepatitis and 240 with cirrhosis of the liver. The forecast criterias were worked out in the time of the chronic liver pathology. The dependence of the dose was proved the prescription of the tiotriasolin in therapy of cirrhosis of the liver of the various genesis. The importance of using of tiotriasolin and azatioprin was substantiated in the experiment and in patients, thiocetam - of the liver encephalopathy symptoms.
