Essay

The thesis is aimed at a new solution of the scientific-applied problem of building of a scientific-methodical base of automated training systems for human operators of mobile objects. Principles of operator behaviour and training, which explain his abilities to control and learn without task formal-ization, were formulated and proved. Mathematical models of operator behaviour in a task of controlled object stabilization, which rationally explain his behavior within the whole control signal frequencies band, adaptive and prognostic abilities, were developed. The criterion, method and information technology, which make possible the objective evaluation of operator professional skill level in conditions of changing level and spectrum of disturbances acting on the controlled object, were developed. Automated training system which realizes mentioned technology was developed.
