The dissertation is presented for the defence as a manuscript and 59 printed works also 9 author"s certificates which contain clinical allergology, immunology and genetic methods of research were carried out on patients with bronchial asthma and also in control qroup. Clinical - immunological indices for the prescription of different immunomodulators groups ( such as tymogenum, tymalinum, T-activinum, vilosenum, myramistinum, decimeter microwaves) were studied and worked out. In group of patients with bronchial astma which have significant bгeakage of system immunity that is responsible for the distribution of HLA, DR8, DR52, B5. Also were studied the features of miramistin"s influence on the indices of immunological reaction of patients with bronchial asthma and which have had very expressed changes in the system and local immunity with taking into account between cellular cooperation HLA, DR2, DR3, DR6, DR52, B27. It was done for determination of more effective preparation"s dose also the treatment"s term. In the case of specific immunotherapy was prescribed the course of DMX - therapy and were taken into account factors between cellular cooperation, that responds HLA A1, B8, B16, DR3. The individual scheme of using each of them could be initiated by preliminary searching of immunomodulators in vitro. nity, decreasing of quantity, functional activity of T-lymphocytes, manifested in their subpopulation changes, decreasing of thymus functions, breaking of B-link of immunity and natural resistance factors of organism. The immunological methods for immunomodulation therapy and decimeter microwaves influence on basophile degranulation have been searched.
