Zaverukha I. Problems of legal regulation of State Debt

The dissertation consists of complex theoretical and practical legal analysis of problems of regulation in the sphere of state debt. Financial and legal origin of state debt is proved. Are defined the priniciples of legal regulation of state debt, general and breed characteristics of legal norms are researched, that regulate relations in the sphere of state debt; the content and pacularities of this relations; leagal status of its participants; pecularityes of its arise, alteration and termination of legal relations in the sphere of state debt; practical realization; legal regulation of state administration of debt and its financial control. Motivated is the complexity of financial and legal institute of state debt and its place in the sysytem of financial and national law of Ukraine.
