Essay

Object - valvular heart disease. Goal: improvement of ultrasound detection of the myocardial morpho-functional changes. Methods: echocardiography, tissue Doppler imaging, fluoroscopy, coronary angiography. Comparative investigation of cardiac imaging methods was performed. Criteria of myocardial changes reversibility were elaborated using longitudinal kinetics and diastolic function parameters. Doppler study of coronary flow particularities was performed. New methods of pulmonary hypertension evaluation were proposed. The results were put into practice of 5 hospitals and education process. Area of using - radiology, cardiology, cardiac surgery.
