The etiology of cryoglobulinemy’s different types, their inducing factors, immunopathogenesis, clinical manifestations, sensitivity to etiology therapy and immunotherapy in patients with viral hepatitis have been studyed. The influence of different type cryopathy on possibility of the virus detection, course of the viral hepatitis, liver damaging and extrahepatic manifestations, efficiency of antiviral therapy as well as a risk of side effect development has been established. The role of mixed cryoglobulinemy in virus persistence, particularities of immune answer and cytokine balance that promote the virus persistence in organism and inefficacy of etiology treatment has been studied. It is proved that differentiated determination of the type of cryoglobulines in a blood serum of patients with chronic hepatitis C is useful for course of the viral hepatitis prognosis, forecasting of extrahepatic manifestations and complications development and detection of sensitivity to treatment.
