Shtamburg V. N-Acyloxy-N-alkoxygeminal systems and their analoges

Objects are: N-acyloxy-N-alkoxyamides, N-chloro-N-alkoyamides, N,N-dialkoxyamides and N-(1-pyridinium)-N-alkoxycompounds. The aim: the development of overall synthesis method of different kinds of N-acyloxy-N-alkoxygeminal systems, the study of their structure and chemical properties. The methods: organic synthesis, elemental analysis, chromatography, IR spectroscopy, NMR 1H and 13 C spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, X-ray analysis. Results: in N-acyloxy-N-alkoxyamides, N-chloro-N-alkoxy-, N,N-dialkoxy- and N-(1-pyridium)-N-alkoxyureas nitrogen pyramidality, N-O bond differences and N-C bonds differences have been established. The possibility of nucleophilic substition at nitrogen has been proved. The overall methods of N-acyloxy-N-alkoxyamides, N,N-dialkoxyamines and N,N-dialkoxyamides synthesis have been created. Extent of application: introduced on department of chemistry of DNU. Area of application: organic chemistry.
