Timoshenko V. Fluorine-containing organosufur compounds based on 1,1-dihydropolyfluoroalkylsulfides

In the dissertation, the applicability of 1,1-dihydropolyfluoroalkylsulfides is studied as building blocks for the preparation of various sulfur-containing compounds with polyfluoroalkyl substituents. The developed methodologies are applied to the synthesis of fluoro-sulfur-containing acyclic compounds (olefins, acetylenes, ketones, amines, imines, enamines, dithioesters of carboxylic acids, ?-thioxo-?-oxosulfones) as well as various heterocycles (pyrroles, pyrazoles, triazoles, uracils, pyrimidines). A new procedure for the preparation of fluorinated 1,2-dithiole-3-thiones is developed. They are successfully applied in the synthesis of various fluoro-containing heterocycles such as dithiolenes, trithiapentalenes, thiopyrans, thiopyrano-dithiins, thiopyranthiones.
