Reznichenko N. Clinical pathogenic meaning of the immunity system disorders and their correction at genital candidiasis in women

The thesis for submitting an academic degree of doctor of medical sciences, spe-cialty 14.03.08 - Immunology and Allergology. - Donetsk State Medical University named after M. Gorky MPH of Ukraine, Donetsk, 2007. The thesis is devoted to the solving of an actual scientific problem having scien-tific and applied meaning - clinical pathogenic proving of the meaning of the immu-nity system disorders and their correction at genital candidiasis in women by work-ing out new scientific proved methods of diagnosis, prognosing, prevention and treat-ment of genital candidiasis in reproductive women. Retrospective analyses of genital candidiasis is done, and it was revealed that pri-mary infertility was in 46,00%, secondary - in 54,00% of patients. In the structure of gynecological pathology colpitis was in 41,40% patients, salpingitis - in 39,40%, cer-vical erosion - in 34,60%. Correlation analyses revealed presence of authentic com-plementarity of immune status parameters in presence of genital candidiasis. Among patients with genital candidiasis with continuity till 5 years in 80% avidity index was more than 20%, from 5 till 10 years - in 75% more than 25%, 10 and more years - in 87% more than 29%, that gives possibility to use this method to determine the activity of genital candidiasis. The worked-out first domestic test-system for deter-mination of low-avidity antibodies G to С. albicans proved, that in women with genital candidiasis mean level of avidity index and frequency of low-avidity antibodies regis-tration authentically increased analogues parameters in the control group. Worked out and implied scientific proved scheme of prevention and treatment of genital candidiasis favored the rehabilitation of the reproductive function: pregnancy occurred in 11,0% patients, efficacy of the therapy done achieved 87,3-98,2%.
