Priymachenko D. Customs bodies administrative activity of state customs policy realization

An object is public relations in an administrative sphere, which are formed in the process of the custom bodies’ administrative activity in the sphere of realization of customs policy of the state. A purpose is to develop the theory of custom bodies’ administrative activity, to propose the suggestions and recommendations, aimed at improvement of the proper legislation, and to define the directions of modernization of custom bodies’ activity on realization of customs policy of the state on the basis of complex analysis of theoretical principles of state custom policy forming, legal adjusting and practice of its realization by the custom bodies; the methods are: complex analysis, logical and semantic, dialectical, historic and legal, institutional, system and structural, functional, normative and logical, comparative and legal, comparative, methods of modelling, analysis and synthesis; a novelty: this is one of the latest attempts to examine the problems of administrative activity of custom bodies, related to realization of state custom policy using modern methods of cognition, taking into account the newest achievements of legal science, and to formulate the author’s position on ways of their decision; the results are formulated in thesis, the statements, generalization, conclusions and suggestions have both general theoretic and applied value for science of administrative law and process, custom law, lawmaking activity and practice of custom bodies activity. They give a possibility to prove scientifically a reforming of custom bodiesactivity on principle of prior satisfaction of state interests to a new model of providing of citizens’ rights and freedoms and subjects of economic activity in the field of the custom-legal adjusting of public relations. The results may be used in scientific and research sphere, in the lawmaking field, in law enforcement, in an educational process, in a law-educational sphere.
