Essay

The thermodynamic stability of the solid solutions under consideration have been investigated. It have been shown, that all solid solutions with Mn content have the instability region. The galvanomagnetic properties of AIIBVI crystals were studied. The theoretical model of the p-n junction and Schottky barrier have been carried out. The original design of the detector have been carried out.
