Essay

Dissertation thesis is devoted to optimization of process of telecommunication network (TN), while introducing two interacting types of equipment, which parameters require modification of planning principles regarding space and time factors. A method of TN optimization in is developed. Analysis of factors, which influent on network structure, and estimate of network sensitivity to variations of each factor are performed. Information services were classified and requirements for provisioning of these services were developed. Mathematical model for space-time system of research is formulated. Several linear and non-linear programming problems were examined and formalized, solving of which allowed to perform network optimization and reach general aim. Developed an algorithmic solution of general task and realized universal program complex for investigation different aspects of evolution and modernization of telecommunication network.
