Essay

Object - cataract with primary glaucoma. Purpose - to increase the treatment efficiency of patient's with cataract and primary glaucoma. Methods: ophthalmologic, immunological, experimental, morphological, statistical; the analyzer of visual field, gonioscope, YAG-laser. The new data on condition of immunity are received; the high level of sensibilization to the hypothalamus antigens and trabecular tissue is established. It was established too, the level of lysocym in intraocular humor is authentic criteria of frequency and duration increasing of the post-operative complications. New two-type and the combined methods of surgical and laser treatment are worked out and also the methods of postoperative complication treatment. Results of the k are adopted in DRCTMA, IURS named after V.K. Gusak, the Filatov Institute, Lugansk Regional center of eye diseases, Crimean RCH, Kiev CCH "Center of eye microsurgery", Kharkov CCH № 14. Sphere of use - medicine, ophthalmology.
