Object of research is the social and economic relations inherent in agrarian sphere during structural changes. The purpose of dissertation work – a substantiation of directions of strategy of effective development of agrarian sector. Methods of research are based on general scientific positions, key positions of the theory of institutionalism, special receptions. Result of dissertation research became definition of prospects of an exit from transformation crisis and stabilisation of manufacture, formation of competitive agrarian sector of national economy. Scientific novelty of the received results will consist in developments of theoretical and methodological and applied aspects of transformation of agrarian sector. The degree of introduction of results research is determined by their finishing up to a level of applied recommendations, use in design and prognosis development.
