The dissertation is a monographic examination of legal regulation methods which are used in modern criminal process of Ukraine. The work finds out methods of criminal-judicial law; their correlation with the subject of this branch of law; essence of imperative, dispositive and competitive methods; reflection of each of legal regulation methods in content and form of criminal-judicial activity; guarantee of their realization in practice of criminal-judicial activity; correlation between imperative, dispositive and competing methods of legal regulation in criminal process. The dissertation includes scientific-grounded propositions which are directed to the improvement of current legislation.
