Dissertation is devoted to questions of development data compact presentation technologies on basis of newest methods of compression of information streams with the purpose of upgrading functioning to automated control systems (ACS). The created technology on the basis of developed methods, techniques and a hardware-software complex of a subsystem of compression of information streams on the basis of bi-indication structural data encoding that gave possibility to promote efficiency of functioning ACS.
