Essay

The thesis is devoted both to systematic analysis of physiological peculiarities, ecological and allelopathic factors of formation and functioning of systems Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus) - Lupinus L. in agrocenoses as well as to the development of scientific basis in enchancing the activity of symbiotic fixation of air nitrogen chlorophyll and carotenoids storage in leaves and increasing of seed productivity by the activity at the account of the introduced strains of nodule bacteria and their natural race. It has been found that functioning of symbiotic systems at the beginning of vegetation of Lupinus depends on allelophatic activity of seeds extracts and root agents. It has been proved that allelophatic activity of seeds of organs and afterharvesting remnants of Lupinus as well as the level of flavonoid accumulation and phenole carbone acid in the leaves depends on species, sort peculiarities of plants and strain of nodule bacteria used for anoculation. The following flavonoids had been identified out of the leaves of Lupinus: quarcetinum, quarcetinum-3- rutinosidus. A way of efficiency evaluation has been developed for bean-rhisobial symbiosis of sorts of Lupinum white with Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus) - Lupinus L.
