On basis of results of multidetector row spiral computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging examinations of patients from risk groups of development of cerebrovascular accidents and patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, analysis of diagnostic images and case histories this thesis represents a new solution to the important scientific and practical problem: increase of informational content and efficiency of diagnostics of patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes based on application of MRI with MR-angiography, CT with CT-angiography and CT-perfusiography.
