A research object are the systems of automation of technological processes, functionings on energyproducting enterprises, their optimization and integration. The purpose of work consists in development of the scientifically grounded methods and information technologies of analysis and management technological processes which will be realized on the basis of physical and chemical processes, based on the use of phenomena kavitation, that allows effectively to manage the processes of enriching of diesel fuel, processes of water treatment and other processes, management of this processes possibly due to application of the specialized structures of informative models. Research methods. Research made on the bases on usage methods of mathematical logic, mathematical design and omputer design, and also on the basis of experimental researches. Scientific results are got utillized within the framework more than 50 research and economic works for development, planning and introduction of new effective technologies and devices, that got wide distribution in area of energy, fuel industry, in agriculture and row of other areas of national economy.
