Bandurka O. Management of the State Taxation Service in Ukraine: organizational and legal aspects.

Thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the theoretical, methodological, organisational and legal bases of the state taxation service management in Ukraine. It defines methodological bases of the State Taxation Service management, characterizes the system of the state taxation service management, which consists of the subjects being the external power agencies (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President and Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine) as well as, primarily, senior bodies and officials of the Taxation Service itself relating to the lower bodies and officers: structures - Taxation Service in general and its separate structural elements - bodies, subdivisions, employees; essence of management - interrelation of subjects and objects. Thesis defines the system and content of the management methods of the State Taxation Service, makes the further analyses of the personnel management peculiarities, analyses state and official relation in the State Taxation Service and works out offers on the further efficiency of its activity. It gives a number of certain offers and recommendations aimed at the improvement of the theoretical and legal bases and the State Taxation Service management practice.
