Essay

Object of the study is processes of the planning and management production and organizing-economic activity enterprise mining industry. Objective of study is development theorist-methodological and methodical basis of the shaping the system of strategic management mining enterprise by way of the introduction organizing-economic mechanism of the provision to their competitiveness and efficient development in long-term prospect. Methods of research are strategic diagnostics and analysis, correlation-regression, economic and mathematical, system approach. Theoretical and practical results: designed organizing-economic mechanism of strategic management is designed organizing on is mining-enrichment enterprise; the offers on improvement of the financial estimation strategic investment project mining enterprise; approaches to development general, functional, competitive and complex strategy. Novelty is shaping theorist-methodological basis of the making the system of strategic management on enterprise miningindustry in modern condition of the management. Degree of the introduction by: Association "Ukrrudprom", JVC "Central GOK" and "North GOK", SE EDI "Krivbasproekt". Branch of application is mining enterprises. 7452
