Object of the study is processes of the shaping, operation and developments organizing-economic mechanism of management intellectual capital enterprises. Objective of study is theoretical and methodological motivation organizing-economic mechanism of management intellectual capital enterprises and development of the methods of the estimation to efficiency of intellectual capital management. Methods of research are gnosiological, functional, system-structured and benchmark analysis, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: worded determination of the intellectual capital of the enterprise and is designed recommendations on estimations its type on industrial enterprise. Novelty is development theorist-methodological basis of the shaping organizing-economic mechanism of management intellectual capital enterprises and estimations to efficiency of management to it. Degree of the introduction by: Donetsk regional state administration, Regional branch of the Fund state property of Ukraine in Donetsk area, JVC "Nord", "Harcizskiy trumpet plant" and "Metallurgical combine "Azovstali", "Industrial union of Donbass", Ltd "Ukrainian financial-investment company". Branch of application is enterprises processing industry.
