Deeva N. Scientifically-methodological bases of formation, estimation and management of potential of economic socialization of Ukraine

The object of research is the potential of economic socialization. The aim is working out the theoretic-methodological on the basis of forming, estimation and development of the socializating complex of the national economy, and improvement of the organizing and economical mechanism of management by it as the basis of providing the dynamic, social and economic progress of country and its region. The methods of research include the complex of systemic and economic analyze, mathematic statistic. The results are the following: theoretical statements on the essence and nature of social mission of the state are defined and classification of peculiar by it functions is carried out in a transitional economy. Theoretical positions of essence of category are developed "potential of socialization of economy".Scientifically-methodological basis of metrology of socialization potential (SP) has been grounded. Monitoring of the state and development of SP is carried out in accordance with the social-historical development of country. Methodology of typification of Ukrainian regions by social opportunities, definition and structuring of circle of the factors, that adequately reflects aggregate influence of their conglomerate onto SP has been carried out. Practical value and efficiency of recommendations and methodological statements has been grounded theoretically and confirmed by the implementation results.The field is the socializating complex of the national economy.
