Malynovsky A. The Systems Revival of Rural Territories in the Radiocontaminated Region

1. The object of the research is the process of the socio-economic revival of the rural territories located in the radio contaminated region. 2. The aim of the research lies in the development of theoretical, scientific and applied foundations of the systems economic and social revival of rural territories contaminated as a result of the Chernobyl accident. 3. The research methods used: systems, comprehensive assessment, synergetic, abstract and logical, statistical and economic, modelling and socio-metric interviewing, monographic, calculative and constructive methods. 4. Theoretical and practical results obtained: the development of scientifically based conclusions and proposals aimed at solving the problems of social and economic revival of the radio contaminated rural territories; the outlining of revival processes and economic behaviour of management entities under heavy ecological pressure. 5. Scientific novelty: it is for the first time that: methodological foundations for the scientific support of the revival of radio contaminated rural territories have been developed; the systems approach to the revival of the rural territories in the radio contaminated region has been suggested; the conceptual principles of the training and efficient use of the staff potentials in the agrarian sphere of radio contaminated territories are substantiated. Markedly improved were: methodological and methodic principles of establishing economic and social priorities of developing radio contaminated rural territories; scientific and applied aspects of the economic adaptation of the region's farm enterprises, branches and the agrarian sector as a whole. Further development was given to: theoretical interpretation of the essence of the economic category "the Revival"; application of the synergetic paradigm in the revival of the agrarian branch and rural community in the radio contaminated region; methodological foundations of monitoring the process of reviving rural territories in the radio contaminated region. 6. Introduction: The main research results have been adopted for implementation by Ukraine's Ministry for the Emergency, Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, Zhytomyr Regional State Administration and the State Agroecological University. 7. Efficiency: The research results substantiate the mechanism of the formation and efficient functioning of the community and the conditions for its efficient activities. 8. Application sector: national economy and management.
