Sokolova N. Methods and models of a control system of steady development of objects of economic activities

Thesis is devoted to research and development of the problem-oriented theory, methodology and toolkit of the analysis and synthesis of automated management by steady development of objects of economic activities (OEA). OEA is the industrial or serving enterprise, the organization or establishment. Tasks of coordination management in OEA are considered. The analysis of a condition of management information system OEA, the review of models and technologies of management is lead by information resources OEA. For the decision of all tasks of management of development OEA creation of a subsystem of management by development is necessary in structure of management information system OEA. The methodology of the decision of problems of management is developed by steady development OEA. The choice of optimum strategy of risk is considered. Methods and models of planning and optimization of development OEA are investigated; the matrix of determination sizes of fund of development for various strategies is constructed. Questions of a choice of effective technologies and tool means of realization of a subsystem of management by development OEA are investigated.
