Essay

Mass social phenomenon and processes, which are take place in Ukraine. Theoretical generalizations and substantiations of methodological and organizational basics of social statistics forming in it harmonization context with international social standards and demands concerning social management information-analytical guaranteeing. Methods: system approach, groupment, classification, generalization and systematization of statistical observations. It was defined a complex of social monitoring program-methodological questions as an instrument of management decisions support. It was proven use expediency of integral estimations in social monitoring on example of regional human development indexes using. It was inculcated the recommendations concerning system of regional human development indexes, determination and statistic evaluation of socio-economic population protectability. Organs of executive and legislature power, educational process.
