Luk'yanets D. The Development of the Institute of Administrative Responsibility: Conceptual Fundamentals and Problems of Legal Realization

The dissertation is devoted to the studies of the conceptual fundamentals of the constructions and realization of the normative model of administrative responsibility. The thesis presents the author's views about the content of the institute of administrative responsibility, the position of the administrative responsibility relations in the system of administrative and delict relations, describes modern concepts of administrative responsibility, formulated basic principles of the constraction and realization of the normative model of administrative responsibility. The ways and means of improvement of modern institute of administrative responsibility were suggested on the basic of theoretical results of the investigation, and autor's concept of the systematization of administrative and delict legislation of Ukraine was stated.
